Rider Requirements

Introduction

PrimeHaul riders represent Speed. Style. Service. These standards protect customers and the brand.

A. Minimum Eligibility

• Must be 18 years and above.
• Physically fit for daily dispatch operations.
• Good knowledge of Port Harcourt routes and landmarks.
• Smartphone (Android/iPhone) + WhatsApp proficiency.
• Can read and write clearly.

B. Mandatory Documents

• Valid Government ID (NIN, Driver’s Licence, Voter’s Card, or International Passport).
• Proof of Address (utility bill or landlord confirmation).
• 2 passport photographs (recent).
• Guarantor form (PrimeHaul format) + guarantor’s valid ID.
• Next of Kin details.

C. Bike & Road Compliance (where applicable)

• Roadworthy bike (lights, brakes, tyres, mirrors).
• Helmet use, lawful riding, speed discipline.
• Bike and box must be kept clean.

D. Professional Standards (Non-Negotiable)

• Clean appearance daily.
• PrimeHaul approved uniform while on duty.
• Polite communication (no arguments/insults).
• Careful handling of items (no opening/throwing).
• Pickup + delivery confirmation on every job.
• Protect customer privacy.

E. Training & Probation

• Orientation/training on workflow, etiquette, reporting.
• Probation period for performance/attitude.

F. Misconduct (Instant Disqualification)

• Theft/dishonesty/fraud.
• Fighting/harassment/intimidation.
• Alcohol/drug use on duty.
• Repeated lateness/rudeness/careless handling.
• Anything that damages PrimeHaul’s reputation.
