How PrimeHaul provides dispatch services for customers and corporate clients in Port Harcourt.
SERVICE SCOPE
PrimeHaul handles same-day dispatch within Port Harcourt for parcels, documents, and approved goods. Corporate riders and scheduled runs are available on request.
PRICING & ESTIMATES
Quotes are provided via WhatsApp or phone and may vary based on distance, urgency, weight, and access. Final charges reflect completed routes and any approved changes.
LIABILITY
We exercise professional care, but liability is limited to the service fee unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
No hazardous materials, cash couriering, controlled substances, illegal goods, or items that violate Nigerian law. We may decline or halt a job if safety or legality is in doubt.
CANCELLATIONS
Jobs cancelled after rider dispatch may incur call-out fees or partial charges. Frequent cancellations may affect service eligibility.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
ETA is provided but may vary due to traffic, weather, or checkpoints. We communicate delays and keep confirmations clear.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide accurate addresses, contact numbers, safe handover locations, and lawful items only. Ensure recipients are available to receive.
